Mavis Tsai, PhD

Mavis is the Founder of the ACL Global Project. She is the co-creator of Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, a clinical psychologist, and a research scientist at the University of Washington.

Michael Uradnik

Michael joins ACL Global Project as our Executive Director. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and nonprofit organization strategy and operations.

Corinna Krauskopf

Corinna joins the ACL Global Project as our Chief Philanthropy Officer.  Throughout her career as a fundraiser, consultant, board member, and philanthropy executive, Corinna has been dedicated to elevating nonprofit sophistication.

Daneil Newcomb

Daneil, our Manager of Outreach and Community Building, is a scientist turned social services provider with a passion for community building and data analysis.

Anne Gulyas

Anne has been involved and engaged with Seattle ACL since the beginning and is its co-organizer. She is now the Chief Operating Officer of the ACL Global Project.

Anja Huesch

Anja comes to the ACL Global Project Administrative Assistant position with a Master’s degree in North American Studies, Sociology, and African Studies.

Joanne Conger, MNPL

Joanne, our Manager of Media and Development, had worked in the nonprofit sector in the Puget Sound region for over 20 years, mostly serving the homeless and low-income housing communities.

Our talented Board of Directors has a shared passion for ACL and provides essential oversight, direction and collaborative guidance for our work and organizational strategy.

Susan Partnow

Susan, our board president, and founding board member is devoted to integrating the spiritual with social activism, building community, and capacity for healing and peacemaking.

Manuela O’Connell

Manuela joined our board in 2022 as a long-time Chapter Leader and writer of ACL protocols.

Holly Yates, MS. LCMHC

Holly Yates has been in private practice in North Carolina since 2004. Her specialty areas are working with adults both individually and in groups as well as couples addressing depression, anxiety, life transition and life stressors through clinical intervention and skills training.

Augustine Veliath

Augustine joined the ACL board in 2022 and brings a wealth of leadership experience to our organization.

Isabella Knox, MD, EdM

Isabella, a founding board member, joined ACL when Dr. Tsai launched her pilot group.
