The ACL Global Project's website, materials, meetings and events provide members an opportunity to practice open-hearted connection with oneself and others, and to take this authenticity into their daily lives. These activities are not intended to be a therapy group.
Confidentiality is essential. You are free to disclose to others your personal experience but do not discuss personal information revealed by other members.
Please do not give advice to others. You can listen with empathy and reflect with compassion when asked to do so, but do not tell anyone what they should be feeling/doing differently.
Be respectful and generous. Speak with kindness. Do not use hurtful language.
Honor people's privacy. Ask about and respect boundaries.
